Fishing is subject to current regulations, which can be viewed at https://www.mass.gov/service-details/recreational-saltwater-fishing-regulations

$200.00 minimum deposit must accompany each reservation date.

The deposit will be returned if cancellation is received 7 days prior to the charter date.

The deposit will be returned, or your fishing trip will be rescheduled due to unsafe weather (high winds).

If the weather on your date will be unsafe, we will contact you and attempt to reschedule your trip. If we are not successful in rescheduling, your deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation is at the Captain's discretion.

Due to safety concerns, we do not allow pets onboard.

Fishing Rods lost overboard by patrons will be billed to the fishing party at replacement cost.

NO SHOES WITH BLACK SOLES!! NO BARE FEET!!!
